摘要： The three cycle model of technological innovation and the linkage models based on the science-technology value chain were discussed by using the methods based on theory of the technical systems and technological innovation. The phases of R&D, incubating, and market innovation respectively formed three innovation cycles, i.e., R&D, incubation and market innovation cycles, which were composed of the functional nodes and the logical linking chains. The functional nodes are linked orderly by certain rules in the three cycle model of technological innovation. The regularities of the systematic linkage such as orderly orientation, infinite variety, symbiosis and value increment based on science-technology value chain were suggested.
