摘要： 选用云南大叶茶的肥嫩幼芽,经过摊放→杀青(蒸青)、抖水→做形→烘干等工序精细加工成的银峰茶,具有全芽浑直、白毫显露、茶锋挺锐、清雅鲜浓的名茶风格.一芽一叶初展原料可加工系列茶.杀青、蒸青(60s)品质最好,蒸青(75s和90s)稍次.
