摘要： 土壤全铝测定,现在国内多采用差减法或EDTA容量法,这些方法便于采用,但试剂耗量较大,操作较麻烦.用铝试剂比色测定土壤全铝,L.M.杰克逊早在50年代即已推荐.但杰克逊认为,由于该法干扰离子多,必须先将铝和其它干扰离子分离后方可测定.近20年来,国外分析工作者对铝试剂测铝作了较多的研究.P.H.Hsu建议用酸化被测液防止磷酸离子和硅酸离子的干扰.T.C.Z.Jayman等用抗坏血酸消除Fe~(3+)的干扰.参考文献建议用铝试剂比色法测定土壤碳酸钠熔融液和氟氢酸消解液中的全铝.
