摘要： 柑桔是重庆市的重要果树,栽培历史悠久,资源丰富,其江津、巴县素有“柑桔之乡”之称,在国内外颇负盛名。据古书记载,距今4000多年前的夏代已有栽培,2000多年前的秦汉时代就有经济栽培。解放后重点对甜橙中的锦橙、先锋橙栽培发展较多,两品种均具有适应性强、果形美观、树壮丰产、色泽鲜艳、细嫩化渣、汁多味浓、耐贮藏等特点。红桔中的大红袍,以果大光滑,色泽朱红,汁多味甜丰产稳产而著称。长寿沙田柚以果实橙黄鲜艳、脆嫩化渣、汁多醇甜、清
